The present article reviews Senatul militar român central al ofițerilor și soldaților din Viena (31 octombrie – 27 noiembrie 1918) / The Military Central Senate of the Romanian Officers and Soldiers in Vienna (October 31st – November 27th 1918), the study edited with an introduction by Mihai-Octavian Groza (Editura Argonaut, ClujNapoca, 2015). The reviewer proves favourable to the main ideas of the study, e.g. that the return via train of the Romanian officers and soldiers in Vienna after the end of World War I took place more effectively due to the existence and activity of this militay organism.
