REVIEW: Gyula Lencsés. Angolok a Bakonyban
The book of Gyula Lencsés entitled English Researchers in the Bakony Wald. The History and Documentation of the 1937 Field Work of the Institute of Sociology in Dudar, Hungary, is important for three reasons. First it reveals how a sociological institute in Great Britain functioned in the interwar period, secondly, it presents an important slide of the Hungarian sociology in the same period, and thirdly this book is important from the perspective of social history as it reconstructs all the results of the fieldwork realized in Dudar village.
