Rezumat
”Habitation and nonSettlement” on the Mureș Lower Valley in the Arpadian Time
This article aims to concisely present the emergence and the evolution of different types of habitation on the lower course of the Mureș from the 10th/11th to the 13th centuries. I thought it would be useful to approach the mater with a positive mentality, being aware of the fact that we could only have an insight into the various forms of Arpadian-age habitation on the lower course of the Mures (an important artery of communication between Transylvania and Central Europe) after we would have put together a database of geographic locations, internal organization, house plans, household annexes, material culture etc.
