Rezumat
Borders between cultures
The author of the study brings forth into discussion a relatively new culturological concept, namely that of borders between cultures, and tries to observe the process through which it shaped during the course of time our spiritual identity, as a combined result of the victory of Christianity, of the position of the Danubian principalities at “the gates of the Orient”, and of the late contact of the Romanians with the Western world.
