Rezumat

The Dialogue of Cultural-Literary Centres in the Interwar Romanian Novel

The present article departs from the axiom that we are all made different from our originating culture, but also made similar by the universal values identified by the structuralists within the corpus of each culture. Thus, the manner in which there are administrated the differences between cultures interfering geographically represent a decisive factor for the identity of a culture. In what regards the Romanian cultural identity, it displays an adaptative behavior, inside which
the imitations is never so servile as to annihilate the national specifics, but it is nevertheless prepared to produce „mutant replicas” within a new organism while both transforming and searching itself.
