Rezumat
The Interdiction School Manuals in Border Guard Schools (1875-1918)
The educational process in Border Guard Schools had been influenced in a negative way by Hungarian-Austrian authorities that banned some school manuals beginning with 1875. This decision affected both parents’ and students’ budget. The authorities continued to ban some manuals in 1877, 1886, 1887, 1888, 1896, and 1906. Those who didn’t observe this rule were punished, thus affecting the Romanian educational system.
