Even since from the years of Soviet occupation people talked a lot and obsesively, sometimes in a low voice, sometimes over the left about all kinds of „informers“ from all fields: writers, journalists, actors, singers or choreographers, scientific researchers, academicians from universities („institutes“), but also the colleagues from industrial schools („tehnicals“), or from general schools.
