Rezumat
Transylvanian Secular Institutions in the Second Part of the 13th Century
The last decades of the 13th century have brought upon a significant moment in the development of the Inner Carpathian area and its administrative teritorial units. The conflicts between the ever growing autonomous tendencies of the nobility towards a week royal authority have led to the emergence of an ambitious dynasty of noblemen, eager to fill up the power void. The present paper aims to analyze the local institutions during the second half of the 13thcentury in a time of weakening authority of the last Arpadian kings: theTransylvanian duchy, banate and voivodeship, the counties of Dăbâca, Cluj, Sibiu and Hunedoara.
