Rezumat
Alimentary ideologies and linguistic fashions
The present study aims at the construction of a glossary of terms related with the lexical field of alimentary diets. It will focus on the dynamics, semantics, and productivity of the lexical suffix -arian. Thus, it will build an inventory of its linguistic occurrences, differentiating between its uses as a noun and as an adjective, showing how the creative principle of the Romanian language functions concretely in this particular field.
