Rezumat
-escu. The Diffusion of Surnames in Germany
The objective of the present paper is to reconstruct and analyze phenomena connected to the history of migration and mentalities, and also to the history of the Romanian language starting from the analysis of geographic diffusion of the Romanian family names having the suffix -escu in Germany, based on the telephone books from 2005 and on a special program on computer.
