Departure and Destination
The journey is always on progress at Voronca, Fondane, and Michaux. They assume their status of passengers, of great explorers of the universe, but there is no finish line, there are constraints that they fled or dreams in which they let themselves be overcome. The travel as final approach remains unfulfilled. It is exactly this aspect that makes it more interesting and forces it to constantly keep this tragic side. By the choice of departure the abandon is immediately chosen. Each trip leaves traces in us, but also in the world. It still binds the others as they can more or less get close and continue this journey, sometimes without even looking back. Memory becomes an accessory point sine qua non of the traveler – it cannot be sincere and it almost never fails to recognize the abandon.
