Consideraţii privind analiza strategică a conflictelor din Zona Extinsă a Mării Negre
Considerations about the strategical analysis of the conflicts in the extended Black Sea Area
The Frozen conflicts in the Extended Black Sea Area have from a strategical point of view a big importance for the Russian Federation because they manage to stop the euro-atlantical extension of N.A.T.O. and the European Union. The European Neighnourhood policy expresses the need of security and peace for the EU and it is in this sense impossible to extend the Union with new memebers as long as the conflicts inside the borders of the possible invited new members are not secured and put asside. Another social category who gains prestige and profit from the so called Frozen Conflicts is the military category, which makes high profits and controlles a certain area thanks to its military power.
