A review: Martin Ladislau Salamon: A forgotten ally – Romanian-Hungarian relationships in the interwar period, 2014
The book of M.L. Salamon reveals the connections between the Sociological of School of Bucharest and Transylvanian Youth in the interwar period in Romania. This work is based on the writer`s PhD thesis and describes how, against all political odds, a new group of Hungarian minority intellectual group could identify, in an adaptive way, with the paradigm
of the Bucharest School of Sociology led by Dimitrie Gusti, and as such the sociology becoming a science of cultural communication between the two nations in interwar Romania.
