Data Mining in Social Networks

The increasing popularity of online Social Networks is proved by the large number of active users. Nowadays the combined number of users is exceeding one billion of users. In this paper we will take a look at some of the most important social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin) and perform a technical analysis in order to collect valuable information for data mining. We will focus on the major technical aspects that will affect the process of gathering data and API integration.
