Rezumat
“Alarm: Peace can win!”
The present study examines a Europe traumatized by two world wars and a cold war. A Europe that has observed and implenented its project – and needs to do something else than it has done before. Moreover, its positive links with Romania – a European country just like Europe, with its good and less good experiences and projections – have been seen precisely in this direction. What has been done and how does it work? This study aims at givimg more answers to the question.
